- If we discover or receive a credible report that a user is under 18, we will immediately suspend and permanently delete the account and all associated data.
- Age-related misrepresentation is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and will result in a permanent ban.
3. Prohibited Content and Behaviour

- Any content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Grooming, solicitation, or any communication intended to exploit or abuse a minor.
- Sharing links, files, or references that direct users to CSAM or CSAE content on any platform.
- Attempting to contact or connect with minors through the platform for any purpose.
- Any content that sexualises individuals under the age of 18, real or fictional.
4. Detection and Enforcement
We have proactive and reactive systems in place to detect and act on CSAE-related violations:
- User-submitted reports are reviewed by our safety team with priority escalation for child safety concerns.
- Accounts reported for CSAE-related behaviour are suspended pending investigation, not merely flagged.
- Repeated or egregious violations are reported to relevant law enforcement agencies and national cybercrime portals in India (such as the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal โ cybercrime.gov.in).
- CSAM or suspected CSAM discovered on our platform is reported to the National Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required.
5. How to Report a Concern
If you encounter content or behaviour that you believe involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, please act immediately:
- In-app report: Use the Report button on any user's profile or within a chat to flag the user immediately to our safety team.
- Email: Send a detailed report to mailus@vamora.app with subject line "Child Safety Report". Include as much detail as possible.
- Emergency: If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services first.
We treat all child safety reports as urgent and will respond and act as quickly as possible.
