1. Who Can Use Vamora
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Vamora. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
Vamora is intended for personal, non-commercial use. If you are using the app on behalf of a business or organisation, you are not authorised to do so without our written consent.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your OTP, login link, or account access with anyone.
- Your phone number is used as your account identifier and cannot be changed.
- You may have only one account. Creating duplicate accounts is not allowed.
- You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
3. How the App Works
Vamora is an AI-assisted dating platform where users connect through anonymous blind chats before choosing to reveal their identity. Real names, photos, and personal details are hidden until both users voluntarily complete a reveal.
AI features including match suggestions, conversation starters, and compatibility scores are generated by automated systems. They are provided as assistance only and do not guarantee any particular outcome or connection.
Location data is used solely for proximity-based matching. Your exact location is never shown to other users.
4. What You Must Not Do
When using Vamora, you agree not to:
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, age, or gender.
- Send unsolicited sexual content, harassment, threats, or abusive messages.
- Use the platform to solicit money, promote products, or conduct scams.
- Post or share content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful to others.
- Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer other users' personal information.
- Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the app.
- Attempt to bypass safety systems, reporting tools, or access controls.
- Create an account if you have been previously banned from Vamora.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, at our sole discretion, without prior warning or refund.
5. Payments and Refunds
Vamora offers optional paid features including premium plans and feature unlocks. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms in addition to ours.
- All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.
- Refunds are issued only where required by applicable law, or at our sole discretion in cases of verified billing errors.
- One-time purchases are non-refundable once used.

6. Content You Share
You retain ownership of any photos, bio text, or messages you share on Vamora. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process that content solely for operating the platform.
- Do not upload nudity, graphic violence, or sexually explicit material.
- Do not upload content that depicts or promotes illegal activity.
- Do not infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
- Do not include minors in any suggestive context.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules without notice.
7. Safety and Reporting
Vamora has a built-in reporting and block system. If another user makes you feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or violates these terms, please report them immediately using the in-app tools. We review all reports seriously.
While we take safety seriously, we cannot guarantee the behaviour of other users. Vamora is not responsible for interactions that occur between users outside the platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, posed a safety risk, or engaged in fraudulent activity. You may also delete your own account at any time from your profile settings.
Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
Vamora is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any match will lead to a meaningful connection.
AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate or appropriate. You should use your own judgement in all interactions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vamora and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top. Continued use of Vamora after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Vamora shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
